VOS Events & Services stands for professional event planning with passion and experience. We accompany companies and private clients from the first idea to successful delivery – with clear communication, structured planning and a real eye for detail. Our base is Neckarsulm; we work wherever you need us – regional to international.

Who we are

VOS Events & Services is an event agency from Neckarsulm. We plan corporate and business events just as we do private celebrations – personally, reliably and with plenty of experience. Our team consists of four fixed points of contact. Each of us brings many years of professional event experience and her own strengths, experience and focus. That is exactly why we complement each other so well: together we cover every area of event planning – from the first idea through concept and organisation to delivery on site.

Where we are

Our office is in Neckarsulm in the Heilbronn region (Baden-Württemberg). From here we look after our clients personally and are quick to reach.

Where we offer our services

VOS Events & Services is at home in the Heilbronn and Neckarsulm region and, as an event agency, works throughout Germany – and internationally on request. We plan and accompany events wherever they take place: whether corporate event, business event, company party, trade-fair appearance, wedding or private celebration. Our team takes over the planning, coordinates everyone involved and makes sure on site that everything runs smoothly.

How we plan

We work in a structured and forward-looking way: from the first idea through concept and quote to the coordination of technology, venue, catering, service providers and staff – and finally delivery on the event day. We keep the overview, even when things get complex, and think in possibilities rather than problems.

Who plans at VOS

Behind VOS is a fixed team of four points of contact: Sonja Altun (founder & managing director) as well as Vanessa Engelhardt, Kathrin Rühl and Lilly Müller in project management. They combine international event experience, many years of organisational and corporate experience, and a fine sense for people, details and special moments.
