When you access the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, file requested, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short time.
We use technically necessary storage (e.g. to save your privacy choice). Functional and statistical services are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Fonts and icons are delivered locally from our server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, contact data, message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Sending is encrypted via SMTP; the data is stored to respond and deleted once the purpose no longer applies or upon expiry of statutory retention periods.
Optionally, you can contact us via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) or Telegram. This connection is established only if you actively click the respective button and have consented to the “Functional” category. The respective providers’ privacy terms apply; data transfer to third countries is possible.
To protect the form from misuse, we use – only with your consent (“Functional”) – Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.). Usage data is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent we use alternative, local protection mechanisms.
The “Save contact” function creates a vCard file locally in your browser. No personal data is transmitted to us in the process.
