Costs depend on the occasion, number of guests, location and scope. After a short enquiry we prepare a concrete, transparent quote – with no hidden items.
Does VOS handle the complete organisation or only parts?
Both. We take on the complete planning and delivery, or support exactly where you need help (partial planning).

Does VOS plan trade-fair appearances and product launches?
Yes. We design and deliver trade-fair appearances, product launches and reveals, roadshows as well as congresses and conferences – including booth design, build-up, technology and staff.
Does VOS organise company, summer and Christmas parties?
Yes. We plan company parties, summer parties, Christmas parties, anniversaries, client events and team events – from venue and catering to programme.
How large can VOS company events be?
VOS Events & Services plans and delivers company events of any size – from a small, personal team event to a large corporate event with several hundred guests. We have already delivered events with up to around 600 guests, including a summer party with around 400 guests. No event is too big or too small for us.
Does VOS also provide event staff?
Yes. We provide trained service, trade-fair and event staff – reliably on site and at short notice on request.
Does VOS also handle technology, venue and catering?
Yes. We coordinate technology, venue, catering and other service providers from a single source, so everything fits on the event day.
Private Events
Does VOS plan weddings?
Yes. We accompany weddings completely (from the first idea to the last dance), as partial planning or as day-of coordination on the wedding day.
Does VOS also do birthdays and anniversaries?
Yes. We plan milestone birthdays, large birthday parties in event venues, anniversaries, christenings and family celebrations.
Does VOS organise garden parties with catering?
Yes. We host private garden parties and come-together events – including catering, a barbecue station, furniture and decoration.
Can I book only the day-of coordination?
Yes. If you plan yourself, we take over the coordination on the day so you can celebrate at ease.

How does working with VOS work?

Yes. We are on site on the event day and keep the schedule in view – even when it gets hectic.
